My “sound wave“ arrived well packaged, and the box had no damage. Everything was as described. After opening the toy, it was discovered that the toy is a little loose but again this is not TF Safari problem. Paint and color all look good. It was mostly the feet that were loose and a couple of other spots, but a screwdriver fixed all of that. Will be buying again in the future thank you TF Safari.👍🏾

I'm unhappy with your shipping options, also I think you need to make it easier for customers when they have issues with their packaging. If there's damage or missing items. Making it easier for your customers to report these problems would be nice and reliable on your part. It would make your customers feel more confident and comfortable with you, which would intern draw in more customers / business.
