Half the shipment keeps getting failed delivery. The first half was delivered fine so not sure why the second fails unless different information was provided at shipping. Why the second half of the order wasn’t shipped until I reached out I don’t know. But I now get nothing but failed delivery messages… I contacted customer service again and was told to go physically check with my local post office… but it seems the shipping is through a 3rd party vendor. This back and forth has been a pain. The convenience of online ordering has turned into stress and a physical treasure hunt I guess and I haven’t received my full order. I am not hopeful it will be here in time to gift. The product is good. The shopping experience has tainted it.
