There was a size mixup with my order; I ordered joggers in medium green, they only had medium charcoal. (I ordered end of the week, so once they filled all their orders my color was gone) Kimberley reached out so sweet and kind and gave me my options. I’m so glad I chose to just change color instead of cancel my order; I live in my joggers. Kim’s emails were so professional and kind, you can tell it’s a real human over there, not just an automated service. This is my new favorite company <3
