My order said it had been handed to the courier. days later it wasnβt out for delivery. I contacted PillowPod who responded very quickly and politely saying they would look into it & get back to me. They never did get back to me. the order arrived a couple of days later. Possibly then generated a new one - either way the initial response was very good but they should have followed up to let me know the progress because it was a long time from the when I ordered to when it arrived

Only gripe is what I mentioned before that it would be good if the pillow has 3 internal compartments so you can getting the stuffing in the right areas. Other than that minor issue, pillow came on time, well packaged, no bad smell, good email communication about delivery etc from company :)
