One of the adds you running do not allow you to pick one color and it doesn’t give you a price until you check out not good

I ordered the diffusers and puppy pads and never heard anything back apparently someone called me and left a voicemail and I did not notice it until weeks later but I have finally got on track and found out that the the beige puppy pads that I ordered were out of stock so I ordered the gray ones

It took a very long time from ordering to receiving.

Just didn't get the secrets of potty training book.

This company is a joke! I placed an order and then only hours later canceled it. I am repeatedly told that the order had already been fulfilled so it couldn’t be canceled. It’s now a month almost and still no items have been received. Customer service gives me ‘canned’ Responses saying the same thing over and over. They tell me that when the items are received, I need to pay to return them. This is absurd don’t waste your money because that’s exactly what you are doing if you place an order with these people.

I bet that you won't post this. My experience would have been much better and more appreciated without all of the "pressure purchasing" just to get to the invoice. Then forcing you to keep going. "Don’t hit the back button or you might be double charged?" Seriously that is a form of entrapment! Even if the product works, you have lost a customer.

Everything came quickly but I have explained in an email that 1 puppy pad would be sufficient I didn’t realise how big they were and also I can’t use the calm buddy as they won’t fit in my electric sockets even though I turned them
