The company had an issue getting the coffee to me because of a supply issue. When the company became aware of the supply issue, Good Customer Service would have been to make the customer aware of the issue and give the customer the option of continuing with the order or offer a refund. I wasn't given that option. I reached out to the company because 2 weeks after I ordered, the company hadn't communicated anything to me. I only maintained the order to see how long it would actually take.
