I find the products to be expensive but the coffee is very nice, the ceramic mug is good however the plastic lid that accompanies it not so good, I have had 2 mugs which are of good quality but both plastic lids have broken within days, the drink closure tab snapped off both lids and one of the lids rubber insulation seal came away and wouldn’t go back in place despite numerous attempts rendering the lid loose and useless. Great mug shocking lid!
