I used to drink 4–5 cups of coffee a day, along with several other caffeinated drinks. As an experiment, I cut out all additional caffeine and now only have one good-quality coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon. The difference has been remarkable. My mood has improved significantly, I feel more balanced throughout the day, and my sleep quality is noticeably better. As a hotel manager, I work in a fast-paced environment and was surprised by the positive impact such a simple change has had on my daily performance and wellbeing. What has been most interesting is that several members of my team have commented on the difference they have noticed in me, from my mood and energy levels to my overall approachability. Many have even expressed an interest in trying the same approach themselves. For anyone considering reducing their caffeine intake, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and well worth trying.
