Shocking customer service- no empathy - I’ve not been listened to- I’ve offered to pay full price instead of subscription price which they refuse. I cannot use their product as I’ve been diagnosed with a medical condition for which this is contraindicated. They’ve refused to speak to me hiding behind officious emails. It’s a shock to me as I pride myself on excellent customer service - clearly Hanna Sillitoe values making money more than customer’s health. Shocking 😩
