I had a severe allergic reaction to this cream. My skin flared up and burned instantly and I had to wash it off quickly with water. I informed the customer service team and they explained they would normally only refund unopened products (how would anyone know they were allergic to the product if they hadn't opened it and tried it?) but offered to refund if I returned the products. This would have cost me an additional 40 euro in postage as I'm in Ireland and it would have to be sent by courier, which I explained. It seems it's not possible to send creams by post to the UK. I'd already paid 32 euro unexpected customs duty charge and 15.95 delivery charge so I was not prepared to spend more on postage than the actual product. I had the same reaction to the scalp oil. I have eczema and feel a little duped that a product that is supposed to be for individuals with problem skin would cause this. I spent more than 100 euro on 2 products plus postage ( scalp oil and vitamin D cream) and now have no usable products or refund. So buyer beware, especially if you are not in the UK, you might find yourself in a similar situation.
