The address online was incorrect therefore they were delivered to the wrong address my address is three Sparrow Lane not three Sparrow Court I have updated my address for my second delivery which was fine but my first one the red and white sneakers I never received and I would like a refund for them as they couldn't be picked up and delivered to the correct address because customer service said they couldn't do it and it was too far for me to drive to pick them up

Not being able to return items that don't fit or exchange them without incurring costs, low communication, and unexpected costs in shipping were all disappointing.
