Customer service is a joke, they will lie and not honor offers. This is an international shipment so don't think you are going to just return. Oh, and their size chart for US women's sizes are COMPLETELY wrong. I measured, and sized up a half size, they run EXTREMELY small. I will never place another order once I'm done with my dispute on the first. They offered a partial refund for me to keep the small ones if a new order was placed, and then refused it after new order shipped. Shady at best.
