I tried to return some items because they were hurting my feet and instead they said that I could not return things shoes that were worn. But it is impossible to know that they are hurting my feet without wearing them. I own a few other pairs of shoes from this company and they have been great so I didn't even question that they were going to fit properly and not hurt my feet.
