Everything defaults to European shoe sizes, but they have American sizes as well with just a click. Their shoe options are immense and frankly, a little overwhelming. I had a hard time figuring out what each shoe was meant for actually had to ask me based off what I was looking for to end up with the shoes I chose to purchase. I guess that’s kind of a good thing but also could be a bit of a hindrance in terms of the shoppingexperience

I just received the product and emailed to say returning bec it was too big and the pic on website looked nice but it was not. back and forth with cust svc and when I said I really want to return it, I needed to take a pic first and then submit it and then that’s when they had to give me instructions on how to return it (while I paid for the return $17.04 via UPS). awaiting for my refund of $40.48. awful looking shoes & experience, never again. warned my coworkers who have seen your ad like me.
