Unfortunately each shoe feels like a different size, even when they are the same size.
This makes it hard to want to purchase additional shoes because they lack consistency.
Secondly, the lack of return policy is disappointing. I understand you are based in China so it makes it expensive to return thing, however your are leaving customers stuck with products are either don’t fit well, and that’s your entire brand!
