I love the laundry wash, but paying $8 for usps shipping is ridiculous. I would prefer a UPS or FedEx shipping option. My order sat in Memphis for 7 days and then another 3 days in Jackson. I emailed customer service and never received a response. I bought the same product on the TikTok shop Thursday with free shipping and I have already received a shipment notification. I had first found a store while visiting Wausau Wisconsin and bought a few items and the laundry soap sample. Loved it since I'm trying to get away from toxic ingredients in daily items. There are no stores on the west coast so I am happy to be able to order the items and have them shipped.
