I ordered a pair of wellingtons in the wrong size within 10 minutes of doing so, I sent emails to rectify and received confirmation that they would add a ticket to the order. They stil arrived in the wrong size. When contacting customer services I found them very off hand " you should have rung". Well, excuse me, i had emailed. It cost me neatly £9 to return the boots.
