I like the toothbrush design and how well it covers my teeth, but one of the two brush heads will not stay on. It keeps coming loose while I’m brushing, so I have to stop and push it back on. The replacement head fits securely, so this one seems defective. I haven’t even had it a week, and now I only have one usable brush head. I hope the company can replace the defective part.

It was a good experience. I have to get used to solely moving the brush myself, my old brush, the bristles did the work while I navigated where I wanted it to go. And my teeth seemed really clean. Not having to do all of the work with my old toothbrush is the difference.
