It was super easy to order online but then the reply came that only one was available and there would be a wait for the other one. They did offer to send the first one, but I decided to wait for them both. That took a lot longer than they stated and it was up to me to email to get updates. I did make the decision to give it one more month for delivery otherwise I was going to cancel the order but at the last minute I had an email that they had arrived and were being delivered immediately.

Not happy with the length of time it took to receive my hutch. Considering it only needed to be delivered to Adelaide from Victoria it was ridiculous to wait more than a month. Having paid almost $3000. then being forced to wait I was anxious that it wouldn't arrive at all and the lack of pro-active communication from Wanna Go Home made the experience stressful. I wouldn't purchase from them again.
