Absolutely awful customer service experience. We needed to exchange the top and bottom of the three-piece set for a larger size. We were asked to send them to an address, and after they arrived customer service completely ghosted us for weeks. We have still not received the items we requested for exchange. This company is completely fraudulent and has been reported to our bank and Instagram, where ads are running. I hope they are shut down soon.
