This has been terrible. I bought 4 sets as gifts for Christmas. I had to return 2. I reached out and received return info right away and they asked me to send the tracking when I have it. I sent the tracking and now have been unable to get anyone to respond. It’s been 2 months and I still don’t have my refund. I was planning on exchanging as I just needed different sizes but I’ll never order again.

As stated in my other review. Returned the item (customer paid return postage) and never received my refund and have not been emailed back despite several attempts to ask for status. My return was received over a month ago.

I didn’t receive my order but was told to check with the “courier”. So you all take zero responsibility toward ensuring the customer properly receives what they ordered???

Late holiday shipping

It took over 1 month for the delivery to come in, missing getting them before Christmas. Would be better if the shipping was quicker.

I'm still awaiting a refund for the time I returned over 2 months ago. Not impressed...

The product was excellent shipping information was great. It was just too small product. I would appreciate the company. Send me the correct size for my wife small for really a 80 pound person.

Wife lived it but then we both noticed we were getting an allergic reaction when she wears it (itchy eyes, runny nose) and nothing has ever done that before. Returning the product seems to be as difficult as possible since you have to send an email and there has never been a response. I would be happy to update the review if I ever hear back. VERY overpriced for something you have no ability to return. Bought two sets. Very unhappy.

Your customer service is awful. The items did not fit and no one from your company will respond to return requests.

See the review. The product ran small, which was no big deal, but the return policy was difficult to get and I had to dispute the charges to get a credit to my card. Due to that difficulty, I decided not to re-order.
