Received an open box item. The box has plastic wrapper but no longer sealed. The item description did not indicate that it was an open box. There’s also an AT&T sim card which proved that it was already used and not a brand new phone that I was expecting. I thought Kimstore is a reliable and authentic reseller of original items but I was wrong to order it from this store. Would like to return but I son’t think you’ll allow it still. But I’m telling you that you should set expectations to the buyer about the product condition. I’m not satisfied with what I have received.
