The whole system you have is difficult, my watch and screen saver was sent back and each time I had to wait over a week for answers as based in china, your blurb does not identify the item comes from china so communication is really difficult. Spending this kind of money and bad communication will mean I won’t engage with your products or tell anyone too. The fact you have not refunded my money is testament to a bad service. The watch was sent back in May
