My overall experience with GARD PRO UK was very poor. The customer service is extremely disappointing — it can take up to four days just to receive a response, which is far too slow when you need support.
Even more frustrating, I never received an answer to my query about the watch face dial repeatedly disappearing, which was a key issue with the product. The lack of proper support and communication made the whole experience even worse.
I would not recommend them based on the level of customer
