Ordering the hard pro watches and screen protectors were easy enough, the returns of a product was not so easy, paid for recorded delivery via post office out of own pocket as well as paying the shipping cost that hard pro add to returning any item! Then for them to send the watch back without even opening the package at all they just refused to accept the returned product and sent it back. Not happy at all about this. No contact number to call and speak to anyone other than the ‘live chat’
