When checking out I didn’t realize I clicked a button when attempting to check out to buy an additional shirt of the same design at a discount. I was unable to correct the order despite immediately contacting the merchant. The response from the merchant was incredibly unapologetic and unwilling to fix the error. Will not order again. Why offer the same shirt design upon checkout that is being purchased?

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and Rhythm & Beat had a good process for enabling me to get the correct one.
