Very responsive and helpful

Despite being an early bird backer and quick survey respondent I still had to wait until the second production run. Queried with customer service and never got a response.

I know it's a new start up so had lots of patience with them, but unfortunately sizing was all over and couldn't get a pair to fit. Wish them all the best

Customer service is non existent.

Communication is severely lacking. When I had issues with the sizer I sent multiple emails to the listing email for assistance and never a reply so ended up having to guess the best option to receive the shoes.

Ordering process regarding sizes was a bit of a sh!tshow but Mary in the team was responsive and we got there in the end. I’m happy with the final outcome as the shoes fit.

I felt the communication was outstanding and quality great. Look forward to a second pair.

Experienced the same issues as others getting the shoes, after my initial Apple ID didn’t work for the order. Once resolved everything went smoothly.

The sizing app did not work for me & the online measurements were off from normal eu to uk sizing. I have wide feet & the shoes whilst comfy are a bit tight on the width.

Product is really poor and I had to pay twice for delivery of shoes that are completely the wrong size and unusable.

Delays, delays, delays... product sat in "shipped, label created" for almost 30 days. That's clearly a way of lying to the end customer that appearing as if a product is moving in shipment, when in reality it had not physically shipped, may not have even been produced. Getting any response beyond a generic answer from the company was also a problem.

I had a sizing issue. The customer service support was excellent and everything has been sorted out. Happy to recommend this company :)

Bit of a wait. But I knew that so wasn’t too excited if it took a bit longer. Knew the quality would be good.

I have an enormous pair of shoes that I can never wear.

Responded to messages promptly and have provided a good quality product. I hope they do well.

Customer service was very nice, which was an under table challenge during start up.

Had loads of emails about cancelled orders (none of which were my order number) but nothing heard response to my query on sizes as yet.

Too slow. Backed project months ago. Shoes arrived too late for long haul trip - had to buy alternative. Home now, one size too big despite downsizing at order, also lace loop snapped on first use

Everything was easy from ordering to receiving, any or questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently, I would recommend this company and will happily buy from them again

I have still not received the item even though it shows the shipping label being created on March 27, 2026. As of today the item has still not been shipped. I am on the verge of contacting my credit card company to get my money returned.

Order process was a little clunky initially

Whilst experiencing teething problems the general experience has been very good indeed. Especially the staff have been great. Very helpful.

started off great, received pre shipping tracker and have not received items and it has been a month.

Waited ages for the delivery and the courier was atrocious

Sizing is awful and despite getting a second pair in a smaller size (apparently) they do not feel a lot smaller
