As they don’t fit not great

They dit what they promised. It took only quite a while before I received them

The shoes don't fit. I've reached out to support multiple times and no one will respond. Not been great.

The shoe is cut too high at the ankle. The edge is rubbing my skin below the ankle until it bleeds. Not a pleasant experience—unfortunately!

So far, the experience has been a bad one because the shoes don't fit, and I've had NO response to the multiple emails/messages that I have written.

The sizing process was time-consuming and didn't seem to result in a good fit for me. Other than that, the rest of the process was pleasant enough from start to finish.

Not the best communication

Great pair in almost every way—except one: the fit. It's unfortunate, but in the vast number of cases, shoe designers/makers completely ignore those of us with wide feet…I understand, we're a minority—but we're still customers; customers who you've deemed unimportant. Although I’m a 44W or 44E, I had to contend with a size 45 for shoes that I hoped would fit. As a result, I have shoes that are slightly loose length-wise and (regrettably) are still a little tight width-wise…

Horrible customer service! Horrible customer support! Shoes are way too big. Used the measuring app that was provided and the shoes were still 2 sizes too big upon arrival. Left messages several weeks ago about needing a smaller size and still have not received any response. At this point I've wasted my money unless I can get a size that fits.

Sizing was a bit of an issue and the size delivered feels a tiny bit big, but the biggest thing that stops me from giving 5 stars was the delivery schedule that slipped from April to July. I was leaving for 5 weeks in Croatia and Italy on 31 May and was really hoping to use these shoes on the rocky Croatian beaches. They arrived the week before we got back home.

Was no problem working with them

I had a question at the beginning and it was answered quickly. But after that the developer would never respond to any messages. !!!

Easy and efficient

A perfect shoe, except it is too short based on the App measuring device. Also, toe length ought to be a part of the measurement. My longest toe is next to the big toe, however the shoe curves here making the shoe shorter. I informed the maker about my foot making experience and received no reply on KS. Every size from 9 up should be a little bit wider. 10 would be wider than a 9, 11 would be wider than a 10, etc. No reply about an exchange or UPS label

Bad experience alltogether.

The team has been mostly unresponsive, only communicating once in a while via Kickstarter. Didn't even know when the shoes were shipped and not really any way to contact them

How can i order more shoes?

Kindness and willingness. Quality product.

Sizing experience poor - did not provide fitting shoes.

I know it is difficult to launch a business, but the lack of communication was terrible!

Delivery was incredibly delayed. Not ready for prime time.
