Customer service is appalling. This has shown up as a delivered item for the last week yet I still have not received it. I have emailed the seller and told them I haven’t received it and I’ve had no response. I would gratefully be happy for somebody to give me a full refund as this was a gift and because you use have thought about with my delivery the gift is no longer needed so a refund, please.

Watch isn’t made out of good quality. It’s like some costume jewelry or something that comes out of a machine. Customer service was horrible and very hard to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and do not order
