I can’t say enough good things about EZ Pools. When my hot tub heater broke and I had renters arriving soon, I was in a real bind. They didn’t just sell me a part — they jumped through hoops to make sure I got exactly what I needed, on time. They didn’t have the parts in stock, but went out of their way to track them down and rush them to me. Not only did everything arrive in time, but they actually followed up afterwards to check how things were going — something I’ve never experienced from an online company. When I mentioned I was still having some issues, they gave me extra troubleshooting tips to help me get everything working right. That kind of care and customer service is almost unheard of today. EZ Pools is terrific — professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
