I had to call them in January 2026 regarding my order as it had not been delivered by the due date - which was to be prior to Xmas. It was a Xmas present. Was advised that stock had run out & I'd placed a pre-order - no clue what that meant. Was told my order would be an additional few weeks. Disappointed that I had to follow this up as I'd not received an email to advise me of the delay etc.
