I used their personalized chat where a consultant recommends a shade, and the color they suggested was totally wrong. I ordered Medium Brown, which is supposed to have a slight variation from root to ends but still be a brown shade. What I received was almost blonde, not even a hint of brown — completely different from what was shown and described.
If even their own consultant can’t match the colors correctly, it means they’re not confident in the shades they offer. The extensions I got looked
