Customer service was slow. My order was stolen or taken to the wrong house. At first I was told my order would not be replaced whatsoever (I had also paid the extra $3 for the delivery security), then I was told I could pay $20 for a re-shipment. I felt like that was still ridiculous but I went to do it and then it added a 16.99 shipping fee so I was going to be paying almost $40 for shoes I already paid almost $100 for. I once again emailed back the customer service and They finally reshipped.
