"The product itself is excellent, but the after-sales support is non-existent. I spent considerable time trying to contact the company, only to be met with an unhelpful AI and an unresponsive phone line. It is frustrating to have a great product overshadowed by such poor communication. Due to the lack of accessibility and follow-up, I will not be shopping with Draco again, even though it is a favorite brand of my grandsons.
