It's hard to rate my general experience because so far the items that I ordered are NOT wearable by either gift recipient without pain and discomfort of the upper foot by the extra large/long "strap." I'm not sure what else to call the upper part of the slide, maybe "tunnel"? Lol. Either way, sadly, the fit is very poor for both pairs that I purchased.

It was way over the 1-5 days for delivery. I paid to be VIP, but I should've stayed just a regular customer. As they received their order before mine. Adding your communication is poor. I'm still waiting on a mystery box. That should have arrived with the shoes. Since it took over two weeks
