Yes, I had quite a bit of trouble with my order, I did not know the order would time out if you didn't complete it in 5 minutes, which I think is terrible. When I thought my order was placed it wasn't, thank goodness I realized it because I had not received an email from Draco regarding my order and had to reorder on Dec 8. I also did not realize it was a pre-order and would not get it until after Christmas. I did receive emails saying I would receive Dec 24, then not until Dec. 27.
