The company delivered late when I paid for express shipping. The package has missed a face mask that supposed to be attached to the hat. I have contacted the customer service 5 times with pictures and video of the package. The company simply ignored my request. I feel terrible that I wasted money on those orders and I can’t even wear the hat because the face mask was missing. The whole idea for ordering that hat with face mask so I can play golfing and hiking without getting tan. TERRIBLE
