Came late. Flowers/stems not very nice.

My experience was very disappointing. The Lisianthus I ordered never arrived, and I wasn’t informed that they were unavailable until I had to call the day after delivery. In addition, the spray roses delivered were pink instead of white, and when I raised the issue, I was told that the pink roses were considered “white.” I even provided a photo for comparison since I had ordered them before and knew the difference. This order was for a very important wedding, and the lack of communication and incorrect product caused unnecessary stress. I expected more reliability and responsiveness from a wholesaler.

There was no way to check my order. When I was looking for it, the website stated I had no order placed. My card was held and then released, so it appeared the order was not coming. I ordered from a local florist and then the flowers were delivered and my card was charged. I would not recommend buying from Flower Explosion.

Shopping was easy and nicely priced although product that was received was not what i expected.

Worked really well , because of the quality of the flowers you just need to be sure someone available to receive them. They can't just be left outside on the porch.

I had an issue with my delivery and it was solved in an expeditious manner.

Awful. No help with my order at all.

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They repeat the website and state ‘no refunds’ even when none is requested. When flowers are not arriving healthy from travel and are broken there may be an issue either in product, packaging or transport. Instead of wanting to solve the issue they just wanted me to go away with the ‘no refunds’ stated multiple times. I will not be ordering again

Inconsistent communication

There was a lack of communication shortly after I placed my order, and a coupon that was supposed to be applied did not get applied and took some time and emails to have corrected. Once someone did reply to me, everything went well.

When my order arrived for my daughter‘s wedding, the wrong color hydrangeas were sent. I emailed and called the company in within an hour. They had new ones on their way. They made it just in time the next day for the wedding! Highly recommend.

Website is easy to navigate and enjoyed reviewing all the different options available.
