We were not notified of tracking until we contacted them the evening before we were expecting them. Wonder if they would have shipped out if we had not contacted them first. They did arrive the next day, but were not in a cooling box or bag to protect them from heat. I think that would have helped them not brown so quickly.

There were 2 shipments to my order. 1st shipment mostly roses… all were very nice. There were substitutions on 2 varieties in the orange family .. those sent not quite the color I was expecting. All the flowers in this shipment - 7 varieties- came well packaged & in good shape I think only 1 flower was truly unusable so very pleased overall.
Do get yourself some cut flower plant food. It did NOT come w all the flowers . I would buy from Flower Explosion again.
