I've had a horrible experience with Diva Boutique. Not only was the product I received very very cheap quality but it was was defective and mislabeled. I ordered a small and received a dress that was not even remotely close to a small. I returned the item and the store confirmed the returned and instead of completing the return process is now committing fraud to charge me for an item that was not only defective but that I do not have. Horrible company.Will alert everyone to never shop here.

I had an email correspondence with the staff when I attempted to return this dress since it was too large. I am a returning customer and never have returned clothing from you because I love the clothes. The dress upon return was denied a store credit and I’ve also not heard back about a resolution to at least credit me or send back a dress. The customer service has been sub par and truly disappointing. I would like the dress back or a refund at this point. Terrible experience.

Website needs improvement. Shipping is very expensive for Canada on top of custom fees at times and takes a long time to arrive despite high shipping cost . Also website has some issues slow and complicated to review cart parts are blocked . But love the clothing very nice designs, customer service is quite good I must say they have been helpful in the past with a few shipping issues I encountered due to that I continue to shop .
