Aside from being left out in the rain when it was delivered, I needed to return the scooter right away. I bought it as a surprise for my friend, but her husband had already bought her one. I tried to contact you for weeks.phone number would not go through. No one answered our e-mails . Someone finally answered the phone the other day said that they would get back in touch with me as to how to return it. Nothing yet.

Came in on time a few issues but was able to google and fix them

I have emailed 3 times about the charger getting too hot to charge the scooter and no one has responded!

The shopping experience was smooth; however, more updates would be appreciated. Even the Shop app lacks updates for the scooter deliveries.

Shopping was easy. Shipping was fast. Directions weren’t super clear though and I had to do some research while putting it together.

I live in NYC so I’m definitely happy with my decision of going with this model because of the dual suspension! No regrets at all.

Order was a breeze received the huge box on the front porch pretty fast. Install was easy. I ended up putting a tie wrap on the basket door to keep it from swinging open on bumpy roads.

I've had issues with my gyrooor scooter , missing the bell, missing the valve stem covers, lights mounted crooked and the rear basket not fitting but if you look past those... is a fun ride.

This was primarily a support and not a shopping experience. Initially there was a misunderstanding about how I could get the required part but that was quickly resolved.

Even though I bought the more expensive model I still had to upgrade my seat and get a new bike seat.The gyroor seat was very thin and unpadded.

Was sent a tracking email indicating the lock and the basket padding were in the same delivery. The padded basket was not in it. So I spent 45 minutes to finally talk to someone since their chatbot didn’t understand. The guy sent me tracking for the scooter instead. So I spent another 20 minutes 3 days later to get the tracking for the padded basket. So ridiculous. My time is valuable too. If I charged you for my time, the bill would be $300. Very frustrating.

Thankfully have not had to contact customer support so far. Shipping is quick if it's not on pre-order so please watch out for that when purchasing. Stars can change when depending on my experience with CS.

shipping is slow biat from china, but service is great

Received two defective hoverboards that aggressively vibrated all of the troubleshooting steps shared by GYROOR to correct the issue calibrated correctly. Everything they sent was done and did not rectify the issue. Furthermore, GYROOR refused to answer at least a half dozen attempts inquiring about replacement boards or sending them back for a refund just completely in one ear and out the other when it came to those request
