Gyroor seems to be more of a marketing company than a hover board or EV maker. The goal is clearly NOT to create quality products that foster a lasting and loyal fan base. You need to look no further than the poor app design/ functionality as proof. Once you find that the issues you’re experiencing are a pattern it makes you wonder how/ why you settled on their brand in the first place. The refund process will show if it is all a scam or if the company is legit. That’s if anyone responds at all!
