The ordering process was very good. When I had to get Gyroor Customer Service involved when our shipment of two C1Plus scooters was "lost", the gentleman seemed helpful and opened a claim. I'm not sure what, if anything Gyroor did to get the scooters to appear again on FedEx tracking. But, if they did help, we are greatful. See the explanation of the shipping issue in the previous part of this survey. We do love the scooters and they should work well for us when we take them in our motorhome.
