We got off to a rough start due to shipping being delayed or just not shipped at all. But overall, the final product was amazing. Good fit for the carbon fiber front vents, side vents, and rear vents. I was given a hefty discount for any issues that came up. The customer service was incredible and I didnt mind waiting a few extra weeks as long as the product did not disappoint. 10 out of 10, definitely ordering again.

I was told items were in stock and would ship immediately, yet I received excuses for weeks. With another Aerie order, I’ve had no reply for nearly two weeks. I know they produce in small batches, but honesty about delivery times would help. Waiting is fine—being misled is not. The product quality is excellent, but Aerie’s customer service is disappointing.
