If I could give this company zero stars I 100% would. Worst experience ever and I can’t recommend one their competitors American Quilt! They saved me when Project Repat was holding my tshirts hostage and refused to return my shirts despite the fact that they had initially promised they would be able to meet my date of January the 11th……….and then they simply blew me off. I had to email everyday for a week to try and get either my shirts back or to get them to make good on the original due date!

I have purchased 5 quilts. My first one was fabulous! I was allowed to organize the panels where I wanted them, I sent a picture, everything was terrific! A few years later I ordered another quilt and sent a picture of how I wanted the panels laid. When my son received the quilt it looked nothing like the order I asked it to be put in. The next quilt I purchased after that CHARGED $25 for a requesting the pattern that I wanted the shirts to be!

My blanket is such a creative way of displaying memories. Thank you for coming up with the idea. The turnaround for me was about 6 weeks because I ordered it in November and refused to pay for express service to have it by Christmas. It was a gift to myself so there was no rush.

After placing my order, I was charged $17 for the shipping label, then I got several emails to pay an additional $20 to have it guaranteed by Christmas even when I ordered it early November. Seemed shady and underhanded to skip over my quilt, no matter how early the order was placed, but I was NOT paying an additional $20, especially because I was certain my quilt was being worked on before Thanksgiving.

I don't like the way my daughter was treated when I also bought a quilt for HER with some of her father's T-shirts. AFTER I paid for her quilt, we were notified that she HAD to have her quilt to you in like a day for the Christmas delivery we paid for. It wasn't possible and caused her tremendous stress when she was also mourning her father's death. She wasn't treated nicely when she called you. This was very disappointing to us both that she was treated this unprofessional way.

Yes, One more minor thing. A couple of times I emailed and asked for an update regarding my quilt. I wasn't in any hurry at all to receive the quilt, but it would have been nice to have received some kind of a response, rather than be ghosted. I understand you can keep costs down by not responding, but the courtesy would make your company more favorable in the eyes of the consumer.
