I had an extra charge come out of my account. They said it was due to fixing needed mending for the shirt after it was being shipped back. I put my info into customer service and then got a email reply. They had to repair 3 shirts. No problem but I am glad I had the money there. I dont believe I received a email or call to inform me of this charge. But overall it was a great experience. I would recommend or buy again. Has anyone else had a extra charge after PAID IN FULL?
