There was a lot of information and videos on how to handle the shirts prior to shipping. Lots of emails noting the progress and tracking information for the return shipping.

The only downside of the experience was the high shipping charge that was separate from the money spent to make the blanket.

The ordering process has changed over the last decade, but the quality hasn't. Website is slightly clunky but not too bad. Also had to reach out to customer service and realized I was speaking to a bot for a while before asking to speak with a rep. Would still order from Project Repat again and highly recommend to others!

I usually don't do 'mail-in' stuff, but Project Repat made this so easy and seamless. The final gift is super soft, not clumpy at all, and such a special keepsake. Highly recommend!"

Just disappointed that no fleece was between the shirts for a double size. So I upgraded to a King!

Fantastic and fast!

Shopping was easy, there are so many size and backing choices. I had good directions for preparing the shirts… it took a bit longer than I thought it might but it was more than worth the wait!!! Can’t wait to make another!!!

I was a little surprised when I found that I can no longer submit the design I want, but otherwise shopping was super simple, the instructions were clear, and the final result is wonderful.

Frustrating in one word

The instructions were easy to follow and the communication was great.
