Awful. Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. No reply to emails during the ordering process and during post receipt of damaged item, they chose to completely ignore my requests for a refund even though their returns policy allowed for refunds if product arrived damaged.

Be careful in your photo review. My animals eyes looked glacéd over like he was dead in the canvas. I didn’t catch it and when I brought it up they blamed me for not catching it, saying I had to pay full price for another of the exact same photo if I wanted my dead animal not to look dead in their canvas.
