The absolute worst customer service I have ever received, fools advertising in their ads, claiming the frames are made with real wood when they are some composite material. The frame broke apart during shipment and damage the print, and when I submitted pictures and proof of all of this, I am still getting the runaround on a replacement print and a partial refund for the broken frame. They should’ve refunded the entire thing, but they refuse. You lied about having real wood frames, your items were way overpriced. That is what I thought I was paying for, and then when you’re inferior product was damaged in shipment because you didn’t pack it properly and it was made with poor materials, you refuse to make it right. I definitely would not recommend this shitty quality product or shitty customer service.
