I ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping which said "guaranteed Mother's Day delivery ", however, I received the product 6 days after Mother's Day. When I requested a refund for the expedited delivery fee, I was told I could not have a refund but a coupon for another product. Why would I want another product if delivery guarantees can't be acted upon?
